You Moved Ahead...!

Shweta Khandelwal

15 Apr, 2015 06:03 AM
you moved ahead for a new life
leaving me behind to feel the pain
i didn't said a word nor shed a tear
but was waving and giving you a smile

you thought i can bear it
but inside me i was feeling void
on the other side i was happy for you
but there was something that was making me die

as always, the mistake was not yours it was mine
longing to keep you in my arms for the lifetime

Couldn't Reach You

Lena d'Arc

09 Sep, 2011 06:12 AM
Ever since that moment,
I was given a punishment for the sins that I must atone,
Those feelings that couldn't reach you...
All because I let go of your hand...
I lost the one I loved the most,
and I'm the one at fault.

If I hadn't let go of your hand,
Would you still be by my side?
If I hadn't... at that time.

The hurt is tearing me apart
don't know what to do
holding a dagger in my hands

cant help these tears from falling
had these sleepless nights
i have nothing left
after you were gone

Remember

Celestial Starlight

29 Nov, 2014 09:17 AM
She remembers the smiles,
She sees the happiness,
She can hear the laughs,
This little girl was in pure bliss.

Now there is a dark shadow,
Raining endlessly over her head,
I see her tears falling down,
As she's wishing she was dead.

Replaced by her best friend,
Rejected by her true love,

I'm gone

Lara

23 Oct, 2011 05:23 AM
I can remember how you told me you love me,
How you told me I was your everything,
Where are those days?
Where are they?
I thought they would last forever.

Yeah I'm smiling, pretending that nothing happened,
All of my friends thinking that I'm moving on,
They're thinking that I'm laughing because I'm happy,
They can't feel what I'm feelin',
You don't know what I'm feelin'.

The Girl With A Thousand Names

Michael Lipps

04 Oct, 2016 01:07 PM
I still remember the contours of her face
All her freckles and scars
I see her face when I close my eyes
I gave you all my love
I gave you all of me
I opened my soul to you
Where are you now
How many times did you lie to me
Did you really love me or was it all just a fantasy
Was I in a comatose state stuck in my own body
creating my own reality
I still feel your touch

I Understand

Savon C.S.R.

I Understand

If dreams are memories
And memories are dreams
Then where is the reality that i seek
From what it seems
It's as if I understand nothing
And one who understands nothing knows nothing at all

These dreams are fading
And so are my memories

Memories

???

09 Aug, 2010 08:00 AM
When i looked in your eyes
for the very last time
i remembered the day
when we first met

you bought me red roses
and violets that were blue
and a hot chocolate
on that cool afternoon

Now that we are two worlds apart
And now that my heart is torn in two

Everything happens

Valeria Novikova

What a pity
You can't get back what's gone:
The words, that are thrown
or left unsaid at all.
You can't get back the people
Who made you fall, leaving emptiness
in your soul.

Life is a stage
And we are actors of the stage
with different set of minds
and age.

Memories That Haunt Me

Hannah

28 Nov, 2015 10:16 PM
He sits on his death bed and stares at the clock,
tick tock he says, tick tock.

His daughter walks in and she is a mess,
filled with the fear that her father is dead.
her eyes fill with joy until she hears his last words,
and outside the window the birds start to chirp.
Her father lay limp, white on the bed,
as his daughter wishes that she also was dead.

So she starts to dream of the things she could do,
so she could end up like her father too.
