I hate when people act like Depression and Anxiety are just a illness, but if it was an illness I would have a cure. It's not something you just wake up one day and say, you know what? Today i'm going to cut for the rest of my life. No, it's not a choice it's not a option. The day that you wake up and realize that it's not an option, is the day you will finally believe in yourself.
