Shadows follow me
Wherever I go.
Shadows surround me
Wherever I go.

Shadows stalk me
High and low.
Shadows reach out for me
High and low.

I hide in the shadows
Wherever I go.
You can’t see me in the shadows
Wherever I go.

Invisible in the shadows
That’s why I go.
You left me in the shadows
That’s why I know

I shall die in the shadows
Because I have sunk that low.
I shall stay in the shadows
Because I have nowhere else to go.
