They said that the hardest part of being in love
is letting go,
When every reason can't be understood by each others heart,
But there is nothing that you can do,
Though every word that you say breaks your being,
when it seemed to be like a knife that struck your very core,

I close my eyes and see you,

Maybe the shallow waters in my dreams, are only shallow just to me,
perhaps in a wakened reality, I drown in that great sea,

Sitting in my dark filled room
The only sound that is heard is the rain falling outside
Even though I'm alone I still hide my tear stained face
The clock flashes 12:01 which means another day of hell is gone and soon another will replace it.

No one knows how much I suffer in my own pain
Instead of someone saying its gonna be okay and help me up off the ground
I'm pushed to the ground and called names which none of them are my own

I don't know what I did to deserve this
But, I Guess I must have done something to cause it

I wish I was traveling on a plane, somewhere distant and very far,
where we'd have no use for the landing gear,
and you couldn't get there by ship or car,

I wish out of the window that only clouds hung low,
