Basket of berries

In this bed,
such comfy bed I lay,
the ceiling seems so calm.
The curtains, blocking the sun rays,

making broken pieces of sun.
Got my pen, got my notebook,
a pastel pillow under my head, that easy look.

Because there's no song without you,
there's no pen in my hand
if it's not for you.

Sip of juice, a bite of an apple,
I need my basket of berries,
I just need to find it.

There's no basket in the closet,
no basket behind the door,
I think I may have lost it,
so it just makes me want it even more.

Oh, the lights of green and blue,
my room begins to change, it feels so new,
oh, the lights of green and blue,
they remind me of you.

We can search together,
the berries we'll eat,
they'll taste so juicy and sweet,
no other fruit can compete.
