What Hurts The Most

You never know what truly hurts until you sit back and analyze all the things that do hurt. And what truly hurts is the one thing that makes your heart clench tighter. Makes you grunt with pain for a second. Lots of things hurt. But there's one thing that hurts the most. We were together for a long time. And long time for high schoolers that is. Over two and a half years. We started dating freshman year and now we're halfway through our senior year. My whole high school experience was with this guy. And I loved him. Man, I was head over heels for him. So sweet, so funny, and so talented. I loved his kisses, his hugs, and when he held me tight. He made me laugh more than anyone ever did. That's what I loved most about him. He had an amazing sense of humor. I... [Read More]

Missing her

Charity

24 Aug, 2015 12:34 AM

Hi my name is Charity. I was always told sharing what happened would make me feel better, so here it goes. It takes about two days (when I was 11 years old) before the "Incident", back where my stepdad and my mom got into a fight, they barely argued but when they did it was BAD! The night of the fight I was laying in my bedroom just listening as my stepdad and mom fought. They threw stuff at each other (Phones, chairs, books etc.) Eventually they started claiming things and starting hitting each other. I cried myself till I couldn't cry anymore, until I fell asleep to them screaming. When I got up my stepdad was still mad and my mom was crying her heart out as I tried to comfort her. We begged and begged for my stepdad not to leave us, but he wouldn't even talk to... [Read More]

Still Breathing

It all started at 6. It was stormin and my mom had to get more beer as usual. Then she met a "friend". We ended up going to his house. My mom, little sister, and his son sat together on the big couch. I had to sit by her friend on the small couch. I had a million Barney books in my hand, and he looked at me and said, which book is this, while he grabbed my vagina. It kinda hurt, but I was scared out of my mind. I felt like I was falling outta my skin, like I was gonna puke. But wen we left I told, mom went back and cussed him out. The second time, was my first night in foster care. I had to sleep in the basement with the foster lady's son. My bed was across from his. When I was about to go... [Read More]

Dear Agony Let Me Go!

CrystalWolfTear

To Everyone I Knew, I don't know what to feel anymore. One minute he's nice, the next he ignores me and acts as if I'm not there. I feel confused and hurt by his actions yet I knew what to expect all along. It hurts to be the wise one who gives useful advice to others yet the one who cannot benefit from that advice. I am beaten down by those questions which echo in my head, exploding with every heart beat. What do i do now? I hide away my suicidal thoughts, so no one knows when to expect me gone, dead. I won't tell anyone. If I die, I'll leave alone in silence. It would be better off that way. He wouldn't care though, so I might aswell ignore him back, when he holds my dead hand, I won't reply. Those screams for help linger in my soul.... [Read More]

Never Forgotten

Lizzie

It's been at least four years since this incident happened. It was a complicated time. For the first time I saw my mother talking to my dad and she was crying;I've never seen her cry before. Then the next night both of my parents told me and my brother the big news,"Were having a divorce."I just stood there speechless. But the words that came from my mouth that night were the words of the me that was about to break. "Why? why does this have to happen? Can't we work it out like we always have?" And by that time i didn't notice but I found myself crying. A year later I was with my mom in Las Vegas. Asking her if she should really spend the child support money on couch bags. The only thing she said was,"It's alright I have more money coming in next month."And all I'm... [Read More]
