True But Sad Love

Ajern99

It had been raining for more than a week, so much rain it made everyday seemed so restless and gloomy. She called and said she was coming up. It was the third time she came up to see me that week. I carried her excuse of why she came all the way here and went to meet her at the nearby seven-eleven. She was standing there alone, carrying her red umbrella. Her friend had dropped her off. It was raining and she was shivering. She looked weak and fragile in the harsh rain, wearing not enough to keep her warm. She said, "I miss you." I told her coldly, "Lets go, I'll take you home." She did not open up her umbrella, I knew she wanted to share mine. I said, "Open up your umbrella, let's go." Unwillingly, She opened up her umbrella and walked with me to the car.... [Read More]

When my wife died in an accident almost an year ago the only reason for me to live was my 3 year old son.He was the second best thing that ever happened to me after my wife.He used to consider me his hero as I was a rescue pilot he always insisted that I take him on my missions. One day I got a call at work that a school bus had dropped in the river due to heavy rain and slippery roads.I fired up my helicopter and flew there as fast as I could. There was zero visibility due to heavy rain so it took us a while.Until we pulled the victims out....the driver and the two kids they were half gone. After rescuing the victims I flew back to the hospital as fast as I could when suddenly my fellow rescue pilot patted on my shoulder:Give me the handle... My Best Love Story

Wolfe Bane

07 May, 2013 02:15 AM

There's this girl who went through the worst breakup of her time. She loved him a lot, and he left her after 4 months because he thought he couldn't make her happy. It wasn't that, it was because she was having problems at school, home, and herself in general. She was heartbroken. She wouldn't eat, she was failing in school, and was always so down. Then, she met a friend over her summer break. He was funny, nice and sweet. She talked her problems out with him and he comforted her and made her feel better. He showed her he really cared and she loved that. He could tell when she was laughing, crying, just about anything because he knew her so well. That's how much he paid attention to her. She always wanted someone like that, who could tell those things without even looking at her. He's the only... [Read More]

He trudged through the ankle-deep snow, his hands in his pockets and his eyes on his shoes. Fallen snow stuck in his wavy hair and his eyelashes. He was was walking away from the worst day of his life. He looked back on these past few days... He had first seen her walking down this very block block months ago, her long dark hair flecked with drops of rain. He had been starstruck when he saw her, and ran through the deluge or rain, trying to catch up with her. She turned a corner. He followed. When he caught up to her, he was breathless. She smiled at him as he gasped for air. Then she turned into the coffee shop. He sat at the booth while she was working behind the counter. He couldn't stop looking at her. After a while, he managed to walk up to the counter... [Read More]

A tragic story of two orphans

Georgina Martin-Gentleman

27 Dec, 2012 12:48 PM

The story begins with an 8 year old boy called Kevin who was part of a strict but loving family of four including, of course, Kevin. His parents whom he loved dearly were called Susan and Adam. They had - much to Kevin's dislike - a six year old daughter called Lilly. Lilly loved her brother and knew deep down Kevin loved her as well. Then on the 5th January 2005 the family decided to go out for a drive and watch the sunset, little did they know that this drive would turn into a blood bath of misery. The family were so happy singing away merrily to the radio, then suddenly another car swerved and crashed into them, then the car started to spin. The children thought it would never stop. Eventually it stopped. Kevin heard his sister crying and crawled his way over to her to see if... [Read More]

Well i don't really know where to start off this is by far the worst thing that has ever happened in my life... it started in 7th grade when I saw this beautiful girl in my class her name was Maddie and as soon as i saw her i knew she was the one and that I would marry her.. I didn't had the gut to talk to her until the summer before my freshman year we started dating for about 2 months until her friends screwed it up. I was devastated and ever since then I had been looking for a girl just to fill the void she left but no girl was ever the same just not her.. Went through all of freshman year with just being best-friend with her which was okay but I wanted a relationship but she just thought we were best=friends she didn't think... [Read More]

The Life I Won't Get Back.

Catiana

I used to be the type of girl who wasn't popular but wasn't unpopular... Just average. I'd sit with classmates at lunch but wouldn't talk much. I guess I was socially awkward in a way. I had a few friends I would watch movies with and go out. Sometimes I could actually be myself around them. But one by one, they all had other friends and I was left alone. When I walked down the halls I would have my head downcast and ignore my surroundings. That was just middle school. Few weeks later my parents dropped a bomb. I'm moving out of Chicago Out To Orlando, Florida! I've heard stories of that place. Oh, I was terrified. After sometime, I decided I would change my perspective. I dyed my hair from a lame blonde to a midnight black with multi-colored streaked in it. I got rid of my glasses... [Read More]

The first time I talked to you I was 13 years old, you were 11; it was December 2008. You were my cousin's girlfriend at the time, and we clicked instantly. It turned out that we had so much in common, and never stopped texting each other; it was a 24/7 conversation. Though we never had met each other, we shared our deepest thoughts and secrets. I knew that I could trust you with anything and everything and that you would never judge me for it. You and I were best friends, instantaneously. To this day, I have yet to find anyone like you; nobody can ever be as amazing as you. In about March of 2009, I was going through major issues in my life, but you were always there for me. I know I didn't tell you how much of an impact you had on my life during... [Read More]

Destiny

So, it was some 9 years ago, when I went abroad. I was only 10. It was for a family wedding, my relatives lived there. I made really good friends with my dads distant cousin. She was so nice, and we always had a laugh! One day we were out, and her older brother walked past, he was 2 years older than me. I talked to him and after that we became such good friends, he always made me laugh, bearing in mind we were only young, he'd accompany me in the weirdest of adventures! The holiday lasted for 2 months, but in that short time, I felt a attraction to this boy, without actually knowing it. It didn't occur to me that in some distant way he was related to my dad. We were such good friends, but the time came when I had to come back to England.... [Read More]
