EXPENDABLE, of little value or significance compared to the overall purpose. Abandoned. Have you ever felt like this in your life? You were an unnecessary add on. You will not be missed. This is the state in which I currently reside. I am expendable, to my friends and even to myself. I am of little importance. My feelings not considered. My heart now aching. Depressed, in a state of general unhappiness. Despondent. This is where I live and have lived for a long time now. Therapy, medication, more therapy. Sure, it helps sometimes. This is just some sap story of how my social anxiety gets (and still has) the better of me, and has kept me from things. Sorry if it's weird or off, I'm not a good writer, I just need to get my emotions out somewhere. Let's begin. It was 7th grade, first day, I had none of my friends in my classes so far. As I walk into my next class (gym) I sit down and wait to see if I see anyone I knew. No one. This one girl walks in and my little 12 year old self instantly fell in love. She was beautiful. This is a tale of two people brought together but then torn apart by insecurity and anxiety. Their names are Davis and Elizabeth and they are both living in an average sized town in Texas. The story starts off with them both in high school living their lives not knowing how they would change at a drop of a hat. Davis was a very emotional young man, he had many disorders which were ADHD, Anxiety, depression, and not a disorder but the worst of all is that he a crippling insecurity.
