I can't see the light

Silence

I don't want to keep up these lies
I don't want to live, just to die.
I don't want to dream tonight,
Hoping that my dreams will brighten up my light.

[chorus]
Because I'm not strong, I won't fight
This war is too much, I can't see the light.
And I'll just let go, let go of your hand,
I cannot fly, let alone land.

I don't want to breathe, the way I do
I don't want to stand, just to fall.
And I wish to dream, just tonight,
But nothing will ever, brighten up my light.

[chorus]
Because I'm not strong, I won't fight
This war is too much, I can't see the light.
And I'll just let go, let go of your hand,
I cannot fly, let alone land.

I don't want to carry on, another day
I don't want to stay, just to fade away.
I will close my eyes, and fall asleep,
And this dying light, I'll forever keep.

[chorus]
Because I'm not strong, I won't fight
This war is too much, I can't see the light.
And I'll just let go, let go of your hand,
I cannot fly, let alone land.

[pre-chorus]
So take me away, away from here,
Wipe my tears, and drown my fear.
Hold me tight, and whisper my name,
Because that's all that'll be left.

[chorus]
Because I'm not strong, I won't fight
This war is too much, I can't see the light.
And I'll just let go, let go of your hand,
I cannot fly, let alone land.
