He killed him
Stabbed a knife deep
Laughed as the blood poured out

His old lover,
Old heart breaker,
Is dead.

Oh, the hysterical laughter
As the police take him
Away, away
It seems like he doesn't have a guilty conscience,
But he's dying inside.

She laughs as justice dies
As tragedy is swept away
By the force of a hundred, soulless laughs
By the fate of a million undead souls
And she cries,
Realizing that her own death
Lies behind those doors

He knows where his end is.
It ends in jail, his lonely dying.
She knows where her end is, too.
But is a little more certain.
Because she knows that that rope
Seals her fate.
